Order Policy

Ordering

We accept both online and offline (WhatsApp and Instagram) orders.

For catalogue products, orders are to be placed at least 2 days in advance.

We accept customized orders too. Kindly reach out to us at least 3 days in advance to ensure sufficient time for us to design and craft your order to perfection.

If you have any special request such as to omit/include certain flower type, feel free to let us know in the comments section upon placing your order. We will try our very best to accommodate.

We offer complimentary message card for all orders!

 

Order Changes/Cancellation of Orders

No cancellation is allowed as every order is made-to-order, but we allow for postponement of delivery date, kindly contact us at least 2 days in advance of your delivery date.

Please note that orders are non-refundable.

Any changes pertaining to recipient details, address or message card, do let us know as soon as possible and we will assist to change provided if flowers are not out for delivery yet.

 

Payment Terms

All currency are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We accept card payment for online orders and Paynow/Paylah!/Bank Transfer for offline orders.

 

Availability of Flowers

We are unable to guarantee that your order will look the same or consist of the same blooms as the catalogue due to the different seasonality and availability of flowers. Given the nature of flowers, even the same flowers come in different shapes and sizes.

We reserve the rights to substitute any flowers/materials with one that is similar or suitable without prior notice. However, fret not, we will still try our best to craft the flowers according to our catalogue.
