Ordering Process
Online and offline (WhatsApp/Instagram) orders: at least 2 days in advance.
Customized orders: at least a week in advance to ensure sufficient time for us to design and craft your order.
If you have any special request such as to omit/include certain flower type, feel free to let us know in the comments section upon placing your order. We will try our very best to accommodate.
We offer complimentary message card for all orders.
Cancellation/Delivery Postponement/Order Changes
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, we allow for postponement of delivery date.
As our flowers are freshly sourced for each order, any postponement requests have to be made at least 72 hours (3 days) before your initial delivery date.
Orders are non-refundable.
Any changes pertaining to recipient details, delivery address or message card, do let us know as soon as possible. We will assist to make the changes as long as flowers are not yet dispatched.
Payment Terms
All currency are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We accept card payment for online orders and Paynow/Paylah!/Bank Transfer for offline orders.
Availability and Seasonality of Flowers
Due to seasonal availability, we cannot guarantee that your order will look exactly like our catalogue or include the same blooms always. Flowers may vary in size, shape or even have some slight color variations. Substitutions may be made with similar or suitable alternatives without prior notice. Rest assured though, that we will do our best to preserved the overall design and style of your chosen arrangement.
